This policy explains how The Nothing Boutique ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit thenothingboutique.com, buy our products on Amazon or TikTok Shop, or contact us.
Information we collect
- Order information from marketplaces. When you buy from our stores on Amazon or TikTok Shop, the marketplace shares the details we need to fulfill and support your order, such as order number, items, and (when we handle shipping) your name and shipping address. Payment card details are processed by the marketplace and are never shared with us.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Website visits. This website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Our hosting and font providers may log basic technical data such as IP addresses.
How we use information
- To fulfill, ship and support orders, including returns and refunds.
- To reply to your questions.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use customer information from marketplaces for marketing outside those marketplaces.

Shipping addresses and other personal details are deleted when they are no longer needed for those purposes.
Security
We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to run our store, and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@wayanalytics.info. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
Children
Our website and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
